T1 Pneumatic Hammer Specifications
This tool is equipped with a valve-controlled piston. The control system ensures full utilization of the piston stroke with minimal air consumption and air pressure. The chisel is freely mounted between O-rings inside the tool to optimally transmit the impact force of the piston. The pneumatic hammer only pushes and should not be forced, so as to give full play to the advantages of the tool. The chisel is loosely fitted in the guide sleeve to prevent lateral forces from being directly transferred to the tool.

T2 Precision Pneumatic Pen
Pneumatic hammer for detailed preparation. It accelerates the chisel via piston. Equipped with a hard spring and a pointed chisel (1.3 mm diameter).
Design:
This pen features an aerospace aluminum housing composed of three components.
- Head: Secures the chisel to the central section.
- Central section: Rotate against the end component to adjust the chisel stroke.
- End component: Guides the piston.
Operation:
In the T2 model, the chisel is mounted in a "floating" configuration inside the tool and secured to the central section by the head. When the central piece is unscrewed, the chisel remains assembled and will not fall backward. The piston is accelerated by an O-ring in the piston base and retracts by spring force, delivering a high impact rate at a short stroke. The piston only moves forward before retracting under spring tension. Since the piston stroke is shorter at low pressure than at high pressure, the tool can be adjusted by rotating the central and end components. At low pressure, the tool needs to be tightened more than at high pressure. Adjusting this gap also changes the impact characteristics under constant pressure: from light impact (fully open — piston barely touches the flat surface of the chisel) to stronger impact (fully closed, piston strikes the chisel with high impact force). If the gap is reduced further, the chisel will stop working. This tool is suitable for heavy-duty work as well as delicate removal of matrix around fragile fossils.

T3 Precision Air Pen
This lightweight slim design offers excellent handling. It comes with a 0.7 mm ultra-fine tip and matching head. Ideal for fine and ultra-fine fossil preparation.
Working pressure of this air scribe: 3–6 bar. For fine tips, the recommended maximum working pressure is 3 bar. During operation, compressed air discharges forward as a buffer to keep the working area clean. The tool connects to a compressed air supply adjustable between 3–6 bar.

S2 is a special tool combining impact drive and push-plate drive functions. Its versatility comes from the ability to widely adjust the piston stroke length independent of working pressure. This allows modification not only of impact force, but also the force curve of each impact.
Rotate the regulator on the pen body clockwise to increase the value next to the reference scale, which reduces the clearance between the two components. As the clearance narrows, the distance between the piston head and the stylus anvil tip decreases, shortening the piston travel before impact. Reduced piston travel proportionally lowers both the impact frequency delivered to the stylus and the force of each blow.
Low-frequency impacts deliver excellent results on hard yet fragile matrix. Higher frequency with lighter impact force offers greater precision and better performance for fossil details. Scales are marked on the S2 pen regulator, allowing you to easily restore previous settings.
